The IUEM is member of the Interdisciplinary graduate School for the Blue planet ISblue
The aim of this platform is to provide skills and analytical tools to support LEMAR research programmes and also the “sustainable” monitoring of IUEM coastal observation networks (SOMLIT, ECOFLUX).
It makes it possible the analysis of certain parameters, known as “basic” parameters, to characterize the marine environment at the level of hydrological and biological structures. These parameters are in mineral or organic, dissolved or particulate form.
The PACHIDERM analysis platform proposes the analysis of the following parameters:
- Nutrient salts (hydrological descriptor): nitrates, nitrites, ammonium, phosphates and silicon.
- Particulate organic carbon and nitrogen (biological descriptor)
- Chlorophyll a (biological descriptor)
