« I am Full Professor of Economics at the University of Lille and hold the Chair of Natural Resources and Local Economy. My research in applied economics focuses on local public policies related to ecological transition. I have specifically worked on pricing and management of drinking water. I also teach at the University of Lille, EDHEC, Sciences Po, and Polytechnique.
