Task 1
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Task leaders: Philippe Soudant (project leader), Hélène Hégaret (co-coordinator) and Caroline Fabioux (co-coordinator) will share the coordination of this first task.
The objective of this task will be to organize meetings, to collect and synthesize information for the 6-month reports, to support the administrative and financial management of the project, to follow the timetable and deliverables of tasks and to balance the budget.
This task will have a role in integrating the various disciplines required in this project towards an interdisciplinary study of the problem. Task managers will be responsible to promote a knowledge share and exchange at all stages of the project and insure that inter-disciplinarity is effective. This task will also help to implement the strategy for the use and dissemination of scientific findings produced during the project.
