The work undertaken during these 30 days consisted in update advances made between French partners from IRD and the UFRPE within the Task 2.3 of the work package 2 Ecosystem dynamics. The projects developed encompass diverse subjects such as spatialized aspects of ecological patterns in the northeast of Brazil (trophic ecology, biodiversity and habitat connectivity) that will contribute to the MSP. Current PhD co-supervisions with François Le Loc’h (LEMAR) and Audrey Daraude (MARBEC) were discussed.

Biological samples already collected were treated and the results analysed. Scientific publication to be submitted were also looked at. Future PhD cooperation on functional diversity were also discussed with Bastien Mérigot (MARBEC).
