I am a marine biogeochemist. My work so far focused on the impact of atmospheric inputs of trace metals, both essential and toxic, on marine ecosystems. I study the fate of aerosols from their emission source (deserts, wildfires, human emissions and volcanoes) to their deposition onto the surface ocean, especially to the Southern Ocean.

In 2015, I graduated from the Master SML -Marine Chemistry- at the IUEM. I then completed a PhD in Marine and Antarctic Studies at the Institute for Marine and Antarctic Studies (IMAS) in Hobart, Tasmania (Australia). I stayed at IMAS for 2 more years on a postdoctoral position. Since September 2022, I started an ISBlue-funded postdoctoral position at the LEMAR with the aim to study the organic speciation of Fe in marine aerosols.
