This secondment was used for:

- giving a 60h lecture on “Marine megafauna and movement ecology” at UFRPE, to master and PhD students (from biology and statistics) from UFRPE and FURG (Tasks 2.3 and 2.4);

- Processing and analysing the biologging data collected on seabirds and artisanal fishing vessels collected in Noronha in September 2017, April 2018 and September 2018;

- Setting up the biologging lab of the International Mixed Laboratory TAPIOCA at UFRPE;

- Supervising the research of an UFRPE master student (Tatiana Beltrão) on the artisanal fishery from Fernando de Noronha and resuming the drafting a paper: Beltrão T., Travassos P., Bertrand A., Bertrand S. Monitoring ‘To Big To Ignore’ small-scale fisheries: a pilot study on the Fernando de Noronha insular Brazilian fishery. In prep.;
