Prof. Ralf Schwamborn was engaged in tasks 2.1, 2.2, 2.4, within the cooperation with Luis Tito De Moraes, François Le Loc’h, Marie Bonnin (IRD) and Flavia Nunes (IFREMER). He participated at the Workshop “Small-Scale Fisheries in the South” in Brest, from 24 to 25 June 2018.

He gave a talk entitled “Do we need a new generation of length-based methods for population studies and stock assessment?” in Brest on 17/07/2018. He worked on the development of new methods and models for population and ecosystem studies.

Potential new partnerships (IFREMER) and ongoing cooperations were discussed with François Le Loc’h (PhD student exchange).
