This secondment hosted by the INDP of Cabo Verde was aimed at engaging both institutional as private stakeholders to collect their opinions on the use of Maritime Spatial Planning as a tool for a sustainable blue growth. Interviews with maritime-related national agencies and non-governmental organisations were scheduled and performed during this monthly mission. A common interview guide was developed prior to the secondment and used  in all the main interviews scheduled. A snowball methodology was used to enlarge the interviewee's pool. Additionally, official information produced by the institutions was collected and integrated in a database for Cabo Verde.
