Cabo Verde Workshop 2018
The first workshop of the Paddle project was held in Mindelo (Cabo Verde) in February 2018. Hosted by the INDP (National Institute for development of Fisheries), it gathered about 50 people from portuguese speaking african countries.
The main topic was the question of diversity and intensity of marine uses and the place of local communities and knowledge for these uses.
