Biography

Cláudia Hipólito holds a Degree in Marine Biology and a MSc. in International Tourism Management from the University of the Azores. She is currently a researcher at the University of the Azores/ Fundo Regional para a Ciência e Tecnologia (FRCT), and is focusing her research on maritime spatial planning, more concretely on coastal and maritime tourism, in the particular case of the Azores Islands.

In the frame of the Paddle project, Cláudia is a collaborative researcher of the “challenges and solutions” workpackage.
