Biography
I am a marine ecologist working on pelagic and coastal tropical systems. More precisely, I develop integrated approaches in collaboration with colleagues from other disciplines to study the structure and functioning of marine ecosystems. Since 2000, I develop my research in South America. After studying the Humboldt Current system in Peru and Chile during fifteen years, I am currently based in Brazil. PADDLE is for me the way to concretise a personal will: the rapprochement with Human science in order to give a more concrete sense to my research. I have strong expectation that PADDLE will provide me the platform allowing to joint natural and human science around common objectives.
