WP2- Developpement- Technical skills
This WP aims to reinforce the technical skills of Moroccan trainers in smart coastal management and sustainable Blue growth. The 2 activities of this WP will strengthen their basic technical and high-tech instrumentation knowledge.
1/New skills will be acquired by the Moroccan staff through two weeks “job-shadowing” mobility.
2/A Data Management Applied School will be organized on topics related to data management to benefit to both Moroccan students and staff.
As a result, the consortium will work collectively to develop the technical training modules necessary to the elaboration of the Master curriculum using the outcomes of the previous activities.
Activities:
- Acquiring new technical skills through the job-shadowing mobilities and the Data Management Applied School
- Organize the job-shadowing mobilities from Morocco to Europe
- Collect the activity reports
- Organize seminars for the Data Management Applied School
- Collect the feedback and activity reports
- Transferring the newly acquired skills through the analysis of activity reports and feedbacks
- Analyze the activity and mobility reports
- Analyze the feedback and activity reports of the Data Management Applied School
Delivrables:
- Job-shadowing mobilities on Technical skills: the activity reports will be used to develop the training modules for the Master program ScolaMAR
- Data Management Applied School: the activity reports will be used to develop the training modules about data management for the Master program ScolaMAR
